All financial transactions on the 86jil Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 86jil, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
86jil's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 86jil account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 86jil makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
86jil reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, 86jil may forfeit any bonus balances in your account. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks, within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and 86jil, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
